FINALLY, I've got the motivation I need to get off the couch and do something about my extra baggage...the kind that i CAN get rid of! For a few years now I've been complaining about being overweight, as I scarf taco dip and lounge around. Now, with the help of BIGGEST LOSER, I'm getting off my couch and going to gym on a nearly daily basis. And watching what I eat, no, not just watching, but making wiser choices in what I put down my gullet, (except for McDonalds today - OOPS!)

Finally, I'm on a roll...well, rolls have been on ME for awhile, and I'm trying to do something about that! I've been complaining about my weight for a few years, while I stuff my face and lounge on the couch. NO MORE! "The Biggest Loser" has got me motivated! Watching what I eat (Being careful, not just watching it go down my gullet) and actually working out instead of just THINKING about working out, have really jump started this lifestyle change. In two weeks I've actually dropped a couple more pounds than I expected, which is great motivation. Good luck to all of you, can't wait to see and cheer you on in your efforts!
